About Us

Jeff's passion developed thru his interest in hunting , he has been training since 1984 .  He was involved
at the inception of AKC Hunt tests and the Master National. He has taken 13 entries to the AKC Master
national and has passed with 8, including the first chocolate labrador to pass, 1992 at the Nashville
Tennessee Master National.  He was also the breeder of the all time Master National passing dog,
Ace (8 times). He also trained the first CH SH Labrador .  The different breeds of dogs that we have
reflect his varied interests in hunting. 

Kim's beginning was in AKC obedience,  her achievements included a High in Trial and an OTCH
pointed Labrador .  She fell in love with the "look" of the show bred Labrador and wanted to prove
they could "work".  When the Huron River Labrador Retriever Club offered field training she gave it
a try and was hooked.  She went on to accomplish the 39^th CH MH in the history of the breed;
"AM/CAN CH Lor-Al's Got Our Power Play CD MH" with the assistance of her husband Jeff.    

On a select basis we offer training for hunting companions and hunt test dogs. 
We  also have litters occasionally.
